Who does what
You handle agreed site work and first-line evidence collection; SOTEN analyzes device issues using serial numbers, system versions, logs and reproduction steps. Repairs and spare parts follow the service agreement.
Validation and acceptance
Accept delivery against installation checklists, serial-number registers, configuration backups and handover records. Define responsibilities for remote support, site response, repair logistics and data removal.
