Project preparation and validation workflow ## Define the field task Record objects, workflows, indoor or outdoor conditions, mounting, power and network. Separate required features from options instead of choosing only by screen size or processor. ## Platform and application variant Select a platform such as H81, T71 or T80, then verify OS, capture, positioning and protection. ATEX and RTK variants have separate specifications; shared platforms do not imply interchangeable modules, accessories or certifications. ## Align document and revision baselines Download the datasheet in the page language and record model, configuration, revision and date. Use product pages for comparison and confirm the exact delivery model and revision. ## Samples and acceptance Use the actual application and representative data to test capture, connectivity, mounting and battery operation. Define acceptance criteria, batches, software, accessories and packaging. ## Prepare a selection request Provide models, deployment countries, OS environment, interfaces and quantities, with tender requirements or existing-system versions and differences to validate.
