Project preparation and validation workflow ## Mounting and operation Confirm dimensions, viewing angle, reach, mount location, cable routing and service clearance without obstructing driving visibility, airbags or vehicle controls. ## Power conditions Provide power range, start-stop conditions, shutdown strategy and protection needs. Confirm conversion, ignition sensing and sleep or wake for the selected build. ## Interfaces and peripherals List serial, Ethernet, USB, CAN, sensors and positioning antennas as needed. Verify electrical definitions, protocols, power, cable length and connector protection. ## Field validation Validate connectivity, positioning, power, vibration and operation on the target vehicle and routes, recording outages, restarts, obstructions and network changes. ## Freeze the delivery build Include mounts, harnesses, power adapters and software in the configuration list, with installation, acceptance and maintenance responsibilities agreed.
