Project preparation and validation workflow ## Collect revision information Record device, board, modules, OS, firmware, applications and device-management requirements. Confirm the target release with the technical team. ## Understand compatibility One platform may support several OS branches. Validate app, driver, SDK, permission and certification dependencies. Compatibility does not mean every unit can upgrade directly between branches. ## Prepare backups and power Back up data and configuration, and confirm stable power, tools, cables, instructions and recovery. Assign a test unit and a maintenance window. ## Validate before rollout Test application startup, capture, connectivity, permissions, backend and accessories, followed by endurance and exception tests. Deploy in agreed batches after validation. ## Obtain matched resources Firmware, drivers and tools are supplied after hardware verification.
