Confirm model and configuration and review operation, charging, accessories and environmental limits. Protection ratings do not imply equal protection in every port state.
Batteries and charging
Use approved batteries and chargers, keep connectors clean and dry and follow temperature requirements. Stop using damaged, swollen or abnormally hot batteries and contact support.
Cleaning and sealing
Follow device cleaning instructions and inspect covers, seals, enclosure and mounts. Avoid unapproved chemicals, high-pressure cleaning or disassembly.
Accessories and spares
Maintain mounts, harnesses, docks and connectors. Match spares to the device revision and retest connectivity, power, sealing and workflows after replacement.
Hazardous-location devices
For hazardous-location devices, follow approved battery, accessory, charging and maintenance documentation rather than general-terminal procedures.
